When a customer cannot find their school listed in a form these are the steps to follow.


1. Confirm the zipcode and attempt to lookup the school on the form. (Sometimes requires scrolling down the second page list of schools a ways)


2. If the school is not found lookup the school in a google search and confirm the zipcode listed on the school page matches what was given to you. (Recent example, an instructor gave one zipcode, however the school page and MDR data showed another zipcode)


3. If the school is still not found then instruct the customer to Choose "Other" on the form and continue through to sign up.
